The events brought together representatives of the major employee benefit brokers in Spain: Aon, Marsh and Willis, with executives from Spanish multinationals including Endesa and Red Eléctrica.

The roundtables were organised by Gabrielle Braschler of Swiss Life Network, and Ana Cardoso Delgado of VidaCaixa Previsión Social, with presentations and moderation by Antonio Trueba de Sinéty, Employee Benefits Manager at VidaCaixa Previsión Social. In the context of a lively discussion the advantages of using international networks and the distinctive advantages provided by the Swiss Life Network were illustrated.
